N-MFP

Money market funds in the US must file a monthly N-MFP report with the SEC. This report contains general fund information and its portfolio holdings for the preceeding month. It has to be filed by the fifth business day of each month. The form has been updated several times to include additional information. Since September 2023 the current version is N-MFP3.
